What if…?
There is something wonderful about curiosity. It is that little spark that makes us look closer, ask questions, explore, and wonder what might happen next.
As we move into Day 3 of *Enchanted Crests — The October Project*, today's word invites us to approach our creativity with an open mind. Not knowing exactly where we are going can be part of the fun.
When we begin a crest, we may have a string to guide us, but the final result is never completely predictable. A line takes an unexpected turn. A tangle looks different from what we imagined. A colour changes the mood. And suddenly, we find ourselves thinking, What if I try this?
That little question can open the door to so many possibilities.
Curiosity doesn't ask us to have all the answers. It simply encourages us to explore. To experiment. To look at something familiar in a new way. And sometimes, the most delightful discoveries happen when we allow ourselves to play without worrying about the outcome.
Perhaps we can carry that same spirit beyond our artwork too. What if we tried something new? What if we followed an unexpected idea? What if we simply allowed ourselves to wonder?
Today's intention:
I allow myself to wonder.
So pick up your pen, follow the string, and let curiosity guide your next line. You never know what might unfold. ✨
