See where it leads.
Some of life’s most interesting discoveries happen when we step away from the familiar and allow ourselves to wander. We don’t always need a plan, a clear direction, or a destination. Sometimes, the joy lies simply in seeing what unfolds along the way.
The same is true when creating art.
As I worked on today’s Enchanted Crest, I let each line and pattern guide me to the next. One little detail led to another, and before I knew it, the artwork had taken a direction I hadn’t imagined at the beginning. That’s the beauty of the creative process—we don’t always need to know where we’re going to enjoy the journey.
Exploring gives us permission to experiment, follow our curiosity, and welcome the unexpected. It reminds us that not every step needs a purpose and not every journey needs a destination. Sometimes, the most beautiful things emerge when we simply let go and see where our creativity takes us.
Perhaps today is an invitation to do the same in life. Try something new, take a different route, or give yourself the freedom to follow a passing thought. You might discover something wonderful along the way.
Today’s intention:
I allow myself to explore without a destination.
